Hemkund Group started from Ginni Industries as LPG cylinder manufacturing company have its footprint in the industry for over 25 years now. With a group capacity of about 1.3 Million cylinder a year we are perhaps a better-known name to various consumers from Oil manufacturing giants such as IOCL, HPCL and BPCL. From OMC’s to parallel LPG bottler we have served various esteemed clients, throughout our journey. 

With manufacturing being very energy intensive we at Hemkund group believe in environmental sensitivity. That’s why we believe in green manufacturing. By which we drastically reduce the environmental impact of our plants.

• Manufacturing of IS:3196 cylinders of sizes like 10 kg, 12 kg, 14.2 kg, 15 kg & 17 kg, 21 kg & 33 kg.

Processes

• We take pride in using the best quality of steel, Bung, Valves.
• 100% of our cylinders are Zinc coated, annealed, short blasted, Hydrotested, Pneumatic tested and painted with a base of Red oxide primer (Wet or powder depending upon our clients requirements)
• We have a fully functional lab with the facility for destructive testing of sample cylinders and we perform Burst Test and Acceptance test on every batch we pass as per the ISO 9001-2015 Standard and BIS (IS 3196) Standards.

If you have a requirement in any country we can take the required statutory licences of the concerned country as well.
